The Basic Parameters for LED Street Light Pole

 

The structure for Lamp pole

Pole height means from the base to the top of the pole.

Lamp arm, means the extension part of the LED street lamp pole, at the end of the extension part will be the LED street light.

The thickness of LED street lamp pole, different height of LED street light pole, for different lighting purpose/function, LED street light installed in different area, the lamp pole thickness will be different, for example, in some area with lots of typhoon, like the western part of America, the lamp pole must be more thicker.

The upper diameter of LED street light pole, and lower part diameter of LED street light pole, normally upper is smaller, lower will be much bigger.

Flange base, this is the end of the lamp pole above the ground.

In order to make the LED street lamp pole to withstand typhoon, and endure car crash/impact, before installing the LED street light pole, we need to dig a hole on the ground, to put a steel cage in to the hole, and full it with concrete. After this are finished,  install the lamp pole .

Treatment: acid wash, hot galvanized treatment, powder coating
