To replace traditional high voltage sodium lamp 600W, 400W, 250W, 150W, what watt LED street light can be used?
For high voltage sodium lamp, 400W lamp, the actual power is 450W. And high voltage sodium lamp is always in warm white. We can use 250-300W LED street light to replace 600W sodium lamp, 180-200W LED street light to replace 400W sodium lamp, to use 120W LED street light to replace 250W sodium lamp, 60W LED to replace 150W high voltage sodium lamp.
Some times we can also use 150W LED street light to replace 400W high voltage sodium lamp. Because LED street light are of high CRI, more bright than sodium lamp.

Our LED street light power is in accordance with LED industry national standard, it is LED lamp total power, also the input power of it.
What is the iluminous decline for your LED street light, LED flood light, LED tunnel light, and what is the normal lifespan for it?
For all our products, the iluminous decline is 3000H<3.5%, 6000H<6.9%, 10000H<14, normal lifespan is 30,000hrs. If light up 10hrs one day, light 365days per year, the lifespan will be more than 8 years.
For LED street light and LED high bay light, what is the working temperature? In some area/countries it is hot and humid, or extremely cold, can you provide some test report?
The workign temperature for our LED street light and LED high bay light is -40-55℃. Humidity ultimate value is 95%.

Do you factory can help to do some testing for all kinds of LED lighting products? How about the charge cost?
We can assistant clients to do all necessary testing, but the testing cost is not charged by us, but by the testing organization.
Can we use our own company name for the testing or 3rd party testing? Yes this would be no problem. Some of our products got SAA by clients.

Can you design the LED street light lamp pole according to clients requirement/draft? What is your usual treatment for LED street light lamp pole?
We can design and produce different kind of LED street light lamp pole according to clients requirement. Outdoor LED street light pole material is always Q235 steel, with acid wash first, then hot galvanize treatment, and coated by polyester plastic powder. To ensure 30 year no rust, no corrosion, anti-UV, abrasive resistant, insulated, lifespan even more than 40 years.
What is your company warranty policy? If there any quality problem what you will do?
For our normal LED street light, we got 5 year warranty, but usually it will lighting even longer time. If there any quality problem, we will handle within 24hours, to analyst the reason, and make out the solving plan, to make sure all quality problem will be settled promptly.
How many workers you factory have? And what is your total area
Our headquarter has about 50 staffs, about 2500 square meters workshop.
What is the material for your LED courtyard light and LED street light pole?
We use high quality low carbon Q235A steel for LED courtyard light and LED street light pole production. Hot galvanized treatment, no rust within 30 years.
What is your LED street light wind resistant ability?
Our Lamp pole can withstand 40m/s wind, equal to 12 level typhoon.
At present stage, what is the total luminous flux for 100W LED street light?
At present, high-end LED street light can be 120lm/W luminous flux, normally it is 90-100lm/W.
Why other factory price is more cheaper than yours?
The price difference mainly caused by the following points:
- LED chips, the main lighting source is LED chips, different quality LED chips the price is completely different. Japan and USA LED chips are more expensive, Taiwan and China mainland LED chips are much more cheaper.
- The size of LED chips. The bigger size of the LED chips, the price will be more expensive, also quality better.
- The workmanship for LED chips is different. BX(CD is normally used, FE, CE is different), 45452-G(1,2) A1 A2, the wavelength consistency higher, price will be higher. LED chip encapsulation factory can not produce high purity light chips if without Spectrophotometric color instrument.
- Light power(mw) different, price different. Normally it is 380-400mw, some 420mw. Some cheap one in the market is below 250MW, higher MW value, the LED chips will be more bright in light, more power will be saved, more expensive.
- LED chips VF value(the normal VF value is 350mA), normal voltage is 2.8-3.0V, in the LED lighting industry, the most commonly used voltage is 2.8-3.6V, the value smaller, it will be more bright, more power saved, more expensive.
- Leakage current. LED chips is one direction current semiconductor, if there is reverse direction current, we call it leakage current, the bigger leakage current, the LED chips lifespan is shorter.
- Anti-static ability, the stronger ability for anti-static, the longer lifespan it will be, so price higher. Normally over anti 700V static LED chips can be used for lighting purpose. At present, all our LED chips anti-static voltage already reach over 3000V.
- LED chips beam angle, if the beam angle is very special, the optical material should be re-designed, the cost will be higher, for example, the smaller beam angle, it will more expensive.
- The glue quality. For normal LED chips, the LED encapsulation material is epoxy resin. Some resin with anti-UV and anti-flammable material price will be much more expensive.
- Lifespan, the different quality level LED chips, the key is the lifespan, lifespan depends on the light decline, small light decline, longer lifespan, cost more expensive.
- Authentic LED chips and fake brand LED chips. Authentic chips quality well guaranteed, but fake brand with no warranty.
- LED driver quality, the same power LED driver, price will be different,for quality difference, PFC difference, surge protection difference.
- LED lamp body material difference will also influence the price. The body material, quantity, surface treatment will have big difference.
- Design cost, like IP rating, IK rating, weight, size, etc also will influence the cost.
We found there is a steel rope on your LED street light, what is the use for it?
The LED street light is installed on the road, sometimes there will be car crash, to make the LED street light fall off, but with the extra steel rope on the lamp pole, there will be 2nd time protection, to make sure the LED street light will not fall off when car crash. The steel rope is fastened on the lamp pole, connect the LED street light and pole.
